Big Hole River 4060 cfs—Maidenrock and dropping

The recent spike in the water level didn’t seem to effect the fishing at all. Matter of fact on Tuesday when it was rising the most I got reports from some that it was their best day so far this season. Big streaers are catching big fish with several 22 inch range reported.

The upcoming Memorial Day weekend does not look good weather wise with cool wet conditions forecast. However these are perfect conditions for streamer fishing.

Mid river section seems to be fishing better than the upper and lower.
