Big Hole River 5770 cfs and rising
With the flow rising as fast as it is fishing conditions are going to be tough to say the least. Forecast is for more rain today and then cool all next week. With those cool conditions it might level off and start to fish again. Right now I believe your only chance is on the upper river. The creeks up there are pretty full but fairly clear.
Not a very good report, but that’s the way it is folks.
QUICK UPDATE; The buoys at the pump station dam tore loose and are hung up in the rapid in the boat channel. They are right center of the channel. Good idea to avoid this area for now. If you get caught on those buoys or on the cable you be in big trouble mon.
