Beautiful Day

JamieUpper Big Hole--West Goat PeakIt was such a nice day Bobby, Jamie and I decided to do a R&R trip on the upper river. It won't be too long before that stretch gets too low to float. The scenery up there is fantastic. The river is slow and meandering and there is always the view 0f the peaks of the Pintlar Wildnerness in the back ground. Lots and lots of grayling in this area but also an occasional big brown that Jamie got on a stimulator. Two weeks ago a friend of mine got a 25 inch rainbow up there on a streamer.
