Big Hole River 2390
Above normal temps. yesterday and last night brought the river up again. I thought it was going to be a great day when I saw the heavy cloud cover this morning but then I looked at the river and knew it had come up. My client wanted to go any way and it started off rather well. We hooked two big fish and lost them both and then landed a couple more nice ones. From that point on it was tough going. There were lots of bwo’s this morning but nothing coming up for them. We ended up the day with six fish and were happy to get them.
If your thinking about fishing the Big Hole Tomorrow, you might want to go golfing instead.
The water temp. this afternoon was 56 which is excellent. It should be back in shape by mid week.
