Big Hole River 2130 cfs—Maidenrock
It seemed I riled a few feathers commenting about global warming as noted in the comments I just approved. Any new comments are subject to my approval and unless they are totally out of wack, I always approve them no matter pro or con. To be honest I know global warming is a serious matter. However it makes me feel better to bitch about it just a bit while I’m in my boat on the river with what looks like a full blown blizzard surrounding us in the middle of May. I have on my heaviest winter coat and the clients are hunkered down squeezing their hand warmers. But we are still having fun and I wouldn’t trade jobs with anyone despite these adverse conditions. The fish we caught today in the middle of some nasty weather confirms this. We got a 23, two 21’s and four 19 inch brown trout. The photos will be on the site as soon as Wally gets home and gives his digital camera to his wife to hook to their computer and then sends them to me which in turn I forward them to Patricia and she puts them on the site. Sounds a bit roundabout and probably pretty stupid to some but that’s the way we do it.
