Big Hole River 4520 cfs
The flow is remaining fairly level but I expect it to start rising soon.
Fishing yesterday (Saturday) was good but not red hot as I expected. Caddis were out but the fish were not very interested in them. Best top water action was on mayfly patterns. Guys who elected to stay on top did fairly well. Biggest fish were taken on large articulated streamers.
A friend of mine left two Scott rods on the river bank, probably in the Greenwood Flat area last week. If you or someone you know has found these rods, plaeas contact me. One of the rods is an STS which they don’t make any more and their very hard to find. He is also offering a reward.
