Big Hole River 4460 cfs
Caddis, Caddis, Caddis. Told ya they were coming today and this afternoon they did. Doug just got off the river and I’ll let him give the report for today.
The caddis were thicker than snot from 3-5 pm today. We threw every dry fly in the box and every one got eatten. (The first day of a hatch cycle is always sick!) 4″ streamers got a handful of fish to the boat after the big push of bugs. Don’t let the water level scare you the clarity is fine, fine, fine. There will be another “biblical” push of water coming so get here now!
